Fuel
The body needs energy to be active, whether sleeping, thinking, meditating, or being involved. Our body needs to run on the food (fuel) we eat. That is the way it functions. It is reasonable to surmise that the better the fuel quality, the greater the body's efficiency. Finding the right fuel for your body is essential for optimal performance. The body IS the food you consume. Every cell and atom of the physical body is a product of the food you eat, and you are continually creating the cells you need. Does an athlete consume any or all food? The fuel, though, is only half the picture. The other half is the ENERGETIC body, which galvanises YOU into action. There are many "diets" that are available to follow. One reason for this could be that there are many body "types" to cater to. A reasonable experiment is choosing the food or diet you find INSTINCTIVELY appealing. See the results, then INTELLIGENTLY select the fuel you found best for your body from your EXPERIENCE. Much practice is needed. For example, if you find that a particular food makes you sluggish, tired, or lazy, your body is telling you it doesn't like it, so you have the option not to consume it.
